I've spent a few years now providing what I think a reasonable quality photographic service to my many and varied clients and I have been grateful for their support.
I have had the privilege of working with some of industries best brands, such a Singapore Airlines and Motor traders Association and delivered quality work at a reasonable price.
More importantly , in recent years, I have been part of many couple's most special day of their lives and have had the honour of shooting their wedding and made friends doing so. It is shooting these weddings that keeps me interested in the business of photography, not because of the potential of financial reward but the fun I had being a paid guest and contributing to their special day. I like to think that my clients will treasure those images for all the years they are together.
My abiding interest in photography however has been in my Fine Art work which has been neglected in recent times, except when I have the chance to travel or spend precious moments out in my 'office', Sydney Harbour.
So I am now at that time when I am not heavily promoting my portrait and wedding business and concentrating on some personal projects in co-operation with some other fine art photographers. I will post some of this work on these pages as I go.
The first will be a project with creative director, Jo Ranck where we explore the photographic possibilities of environmental issues and how they interact with daily life.
Thanks also to Alec Dawson for the creative ideas and technical assistance
Here is a teaser.
